MASTER ELECTRICIAN/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Master Electrician working in conjunction with the Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) team in maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment in order to contribute to overall business objectives related to quality, safety, customer satisfaction and profitability for our customer, stakeholders, employees and community.
Manages essential regulatory obligations and is responsible for critical roles related to building maintenance, utility upgrades, permitting and licensing as it relates to manufacturing processes in the organization.
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN – TRACK 3 (CNC OPERATOR)
Manufacture machined components for production, tooling and R&D using manual and CNC lathes, mills, drills and saws in conjunction with all the standard manufacturing and inspection tools. This position will also cross train in our gear hobb area.
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN – TRACK 2 (METAL FINISHER)
Metal finishing is a skilled art utilizing various belts, grinders, sand blasters and other equipment to remove metal burrs, blend out welds and polish finished products creating high-quality stainless-steel products. This position is fast pasted and requires high attention to detail.
This position requires pulling product or parts according to pick tickets, packaging, and electronically transact the resulting shipments via computer. This position also requires receiving incoming product/part via IQMS, performs receiving activities and reconciliation of packing list with purchase order, verifying part number, quantities and delivery date. Moves material when and where needed on the shop floor. Maintain cycle counting schedule.
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN – TRACK 2 (PLATING / MACHINE OPERATOR)
This position will be working in our nickel plating and wash area. This machine operator will be responsible for coating small steel parts, or related materials with nickel platting. In addition, it will be operating vibrator and washing equipment. This position the requires the ability to multitask.
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN – TRACK 1 (CROWN PUNCH ASSEMBLER)
This position will start in our Crown Punch area but will require the ability to learn to assemble all of our more complex components. Basic electrical understanding, PLC, as well as the desire to learn to assemble of ALL product lines.
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN – TRACK 1 (ASSEMBLY)
This position is assembling various commercial kitchen appliances (can-openers, portion scales, knife racks, etc.). Candidates must be proficient in following written and verbal work instructions. Must be able to operate basic hand tools and/or fixtures. This position also requires the desire to cross train on multiple product lines.
